I train hard and I am an F45'er, have been for 4 years. I also value my recovery, so this set speaks to me. I wear them on the weekends, and I love the side and back pockets - they come in handy for when I am around the house. The cute dumbbells and clock on the print are really fun, but mostly the feel of the fabric is next level butter! Do yourself a favour and grab them today, they are so comfy - built for bodies that move! Great quality and pricing as well.
