What’s your return policy?
We want you to love your PJs as much as we do.
If something isn’t quite right, you can return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order for an exchange or store credit.
(Please note: items must be unwashed and in their original condition.)
Shipment
How long will my order take to arrive?
All orders are packed with care and usually ship within 2–3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most parcels arrive within 3–7 business days across Australia.

How do you recommend sizes?
Our PJs have a relaxed unisex fit. Check our Size Guide or size up for extra coziness.
Damage
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
We’re so sorry if your order isn’t perfect when it arrives.
If your item is damaged or faulty, please email us at hello@restdaypj.com within 7 days of receiving it.
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue — our team will sort it out quickly with a replacement or store credit.
How do you handle shipping
Purchase
If an item doesn’t fit or I’m not happy, can I return or swap it?
Of course! If your Restday PJ item doesn’t fit or you’re not completely happy, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, then email us at hello@restdaypj.com to arrange a swap or store credit.
How can I follow up on my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Refund
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to love your Restday PJ pieces.
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund — just email us a photo upon receiving to hello@restdaypj.com.
For change-of-mind or sizing returns, we currently offer exchanges or store credit instead of refunds.
